We’re featuring two new pieces that capture this frantic energy. Fire Vines, an acrylic painting, captures the untamed, wild growth of chaos. Bold, black tendrils, much like a rapidly spreading virus, twist and swirl against a backdrop of intense, fiery colors. It’s a visual metaphor for how quickly disorder can spread. Fire Cracked Open, a watercolor and marker drawing, is a more raw and visceral depiction. Gradients of fiery colors form a pulsing heart, but it is not whole. It’s been brutally torn apart by sharp, jagged lines, symbolizing the deep-seated pain and division that can emerge when destruction takes hold.
