• Art By Joce W. sells original artworks shipped via Art By Joce W. and copies of original artworks, printed and shipped via a Print-On-Demand service (Printful).
• All products are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from our art without prior written permission from Joce W. is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including but not limited to original artworks, designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the sole property of Art By Joce W. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
• The purchase of any artwork, whether an original or a copy, does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All copyrights and reproduction rights remain with Jocelyn Weber. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any artwork purchased from Art By Joce W. without explicit written permission.

4. Payment and Billing Information

• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Woopay, and Google Pay.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
